Changing eating habits is not easy. And don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

But making the decision to begin better eating habits, starts with some working knowledge of what food is, what it does and how it works in the body to keep us alive and healthy. Or in some cases sick and unwell.

Fresh food is always better than processed packaged food. Fresh food can make the same convenience argument too. You don’t have to unwrap an apple.

Food is essential for life. It can keep us alive, keep us healthy, make us sick and cause our demise. If we don’t take responsibility for our own health by making an effort to understand what we put in our bodies, how it may have an effect on how we feel and how healthy or unhealthy we actually are, then it becomes a waiting game to see just how long it takes for something to go off the rails. That is a fact.
