What you eat, how much you eat and when you eat have a lot to do with how you feel and your health.
I haven’t always been a healthy eater. It took years to finally realize that my diet was sabotaging my health.
When finally diagnosed with Celiac Disease, my life changed, almost overnight. My asthma disapeared. Along with migraine headaches, swollen joints, colitis and the list goes on and on.
I was forced to look at the foods I was eating and how they were making me sick. The ah ha moment happened when I realized my diet had everything to do with how I felt. I completely changed the way I was looking at the foods I was eating. And I soon became a different person. The right diet was the cure to my problems. The phrase “You are what you eat” is true.
Understanding that food, by it’s very nature can keep you alive, make you healthy, make you sick and kill you. It’s not rocket science. But it is science.
